Al-FARIS Unveils its New Vision and Brand Optimiza

At a press conference held during the ICT Forum, Al-Faris National Investment unveiled its new vision and brand Optimiza.

The new vision is to become the leading regional player in management consulting, IT Services and outsourcing solutions. Optimiza, the platinum sponsor for Jordan’s 2006 Information Technology and Communication Forum (ICT Forum), announced that it raised its capital to 25 million Jordanian Dinars .

During the press conference, the board directors and management from Optimiza stated that the capital increase was to invest in setting up its regional netweorks, to invest in new technologies and products, to upgrade the infrastructure, and further investments in people and capabilities.

Al Faris National Investments company (ASE:CEBC).acquired Computer Engineering Bureau (CEB) in November 2005. CEB was established in 1980 and successfully completed hundreds of projects in Jordan and the region. It also formulated partnerships with Oracle, Microsoft, HP, Acer, and many others.

Commenting on the firm’s expansion plans, Mr. Rudain Kawar Board Chairman of Optimiza said, “In response to the growing market demand, we have a clear strategy and vision to become the leading providers of management consulting, IT services and outsourcing solutions in the region.
