  1. Regional Channel Manager – Sales

    The Regional Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, qualifying, signing, and building partner relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), agents, and partners within an assigned territory, to resell Optimiza services and solutions. Channel Manager must be able to recruit new partners as well as manage existing partner relationships. He must be able to demonstrate Optimiza services to partners and end customers, negotiate contracts, provide detailed and timely sales reports, drive revenue with partners, close end-customer deals with new partners and provide timely communications to headquarters, partners and potential customers

    • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or any related field.
    • Preferred: Master Degree in any related field.
    • A minimum 5-6 years of applicable business experience and minimum 5 years’ experience working in high end sales/channel role. Have significant strategic account and territory management experience.
    • Previous experience of excelling in a channel management role with service partners and preferably in the information management industry.
    • Solid work experience in Marketing, Channels and Partner Program development at high-tech enterprise class organizations
  2. Oracle Developer
    • Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field
    • 1-3 years of experience with full system development life cycle methods for developing business software solutions using Oracle Forms & Reports.
    • Strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with business problems.
    • Good skills analyzing and writing SQL statements.
    • OCP, OCA or any Oracle Certificate is a plus
    • Demonstrate good communication skills 
  3. Sr. Oracle Database Developer (Ref #: BS 4/2017)

    Required Qualifications & Competencies:

    • Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field
    • 5-7 years of experience.
    • Deep technical knowledge in: Oracle Databases, SQL, PL\SQL.
    • Deep technical knowledge in Data Base architecture, Modeling and Data Analysis.
    • Deep technical knowledge in ETL tools.
    • Writing, Analyzing and reviewing technical documentation.
    • Rich experience in database design, development methodologies, testing lifecycle, training and implementation.
    • Excellent problem solving skills.
  4. Senior Oracle SOA Developer
    • 5 + years Solid experience with SOA/SCA, Web services, ESB, SOA technologies (Must have)
    • Oracle SOA Suite 12g (or previous versions) demonstrated hands on experience(Must have)
    • Must have experience with SOA suite based BPEL, JCA Adapters and Rules engine. (Must have)
    • Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture concepts and principles. (Must to have)
    • Knowledge of Oracle Service Bus 12g (or previous versions) implementation and integration with Oracle SOA Suite 12g (or previous versions) (Must have)
    • Good understanding and knowledge of the SOA technology landscape and tools needed to support this role (Must have)
    • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills (Must to have)
    • Experience with BPMN to BPEL integration is nice to have. (Good to have)
    • Design and develops SOA BPEL composites using Oracle JDeveloper 12g (or previous versions)(Must to have)
    • Develops Rules engine using Oracle JDeveloper 12g (or previous versions) (Must to have)
    • Develops web services using SOA Suite JCA Adapters, XML (XSLT, XPath, XQuery etc.) and Java technologies(Good to have)
    • Develops unit and integration test scripts (using tools such as SOAP-UI) and provide support during user acceptance testing (Good to have)
    • Prepares documentation for code changes (detailed design and deployment documentation) (Must to have)
    • Coordinates with architects to ensure design patterns and implementation standards are understood and followed. (Good to have)
    • Hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle i.e. requirements, design, implementation, integration testing, deployment and post production support (Must to have)
    • Experience with Oracle database and PL/SQL (Good to have)
  1. Senior Oracle ADF Specialist
    • 5+ years of experience with object-oriented design, configuration, and software development using the J2EE and Oracle ADF framework
    • Experience with Oracle ADF, including ADF Faces, ADF Business Components, and ADF Task Flows 
    • Experience with performance tuning Oracle ADF applications 
    • Experience with Oracle ADF and WebLogic 11g or higher, including 12c 
    • Knowledge of ADF UI, task flows, ADF integration with Web services, ADF BC4J, security, and templates 
    • Knowledge of relational database concepts, including views, indexes, and functions 
    • Ajax experience
    • Responsive Design
    • Webservices and Integration
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance 
    • Experience in an Agile methodology 
    • Experience with integrating ADF with other components of the Fusion Middleware stack, including BPM, BPEL, OSB, and WebCenter Content 
    • Oracle Application Development Framework Certified Implementation Specialist Certification is a plus
    • BSC degree in CS or Engineering 
  2. Oracle DBA (Ref #: BS 3/2017)

    Required Qualifications & Competencies:

    • Sc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
    • 5-7 years of experience.
    • A good knowledge of database and middleware design.
    • A good knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
    • Excellent scripting experience with ability to write automation scripts for various purposes. Must have passion for automating manual activities.
    • Ability to handle product and environment builds through automation scripts.
    • Excellent SQL and PLSQL skills. Knowledge of other programming languages is a huge plus.
    • Excellent knowledge in administering Oracle Forms & Reports 10g & 11g.
    • Excellent knowledge of Oracle WebLogic 11g.
    • Excellent knowledge of Oracle backup and recovery scenarios.
    • Good skills in Oracle tools (Development, DB, Middleware).
    • A good knowledge of Oracle security management.
    • Ability to perform both Oracle and operating system performance monitoring and the necessary adjustments.
    • Experience and knowledge in migrating code and database through the various stages of the development life cycle.
    • A sound knowledge of both database and program code performance tuning.
    • Should have sound communication skills with management, development teams, vendors, systems administrators and other related service providers.
  3. Account Manager-Sales
    • Sc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or any related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience managing and developing client accounts
    • Experience in account management and sales in the IT sector (enterprise software & Hardware solutions) is preferable .
    • Proven track record in delivering a short, medium and long-term business pipeline
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
    • Excellent communications and  interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent Presentation Skills.
    • Excellent Negotiation skills. 
  4. Low Current Engineer
    • Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field
    • Minimum of 2 Years of experience in Low current systems (CCTV, Access door, UPS, Controller systems, etc)
    • Solid experience in the implementation, maintenance, and functionally of the low current systems.
    • Willing to travel and work on project sites
