Amman, December 2008 – Optimiza Academy – one of Al-Faris National Investments (ASE:CEBC) companies signed a contract agreement with Jordan Telecommunication Company (Orange) to provide a customized human capital development program for 500 technical support officers and their team leaders over a four month period, starting late January 2009.
The customized development program targets different levels of employees through two parts: the first is a customized plan of action for technical support officers, and it covers areas in customer service, communication skills, handling objections, understanding attitudes and the development of personal and professional skills. The second part however, targets supervisors and team leaders that will cover, in addition to the former subjects, successful management and successful meetings.
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to provide better services, increase productivity and profitability, increase customer satisfaction and enhance customer experience, which will all together lead to increased work efficiency and better performance.
