  1. Regional Channel Manager

    The Regional Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, qualifying, signing, and building partner relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), agents, and partners within an assigned territory, to resell Optimiza services and solutions. Channel Manager must be able to recruit new partners as well as manage existing partner relationships. He must be able to demonstrate Optimiza services to partners and end customers, negotiate contracts, provide detailed and timely sales reports, drive revenue with partners, close end-customer deals with new partners and provide timely communications to headquarters, partners and potential customers

    • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or any related field.
    • Preferred: Master Degree in any related field.
    • A minimum 5-6 years of applicable business experience and minimum 5 years’ experience working in high end sales/channel role. Have significant strategic account and territory management experience.
    • Previous experience of excelling in a channel management role with service partners and preferably in the information management industry.
    • Solid work experience in Marketing, Channels and Partner Program development at high-tech enterprise class organizations
  2. Oracle Developer
    • Sc. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field
    • 1-3 years of experience with full system development life cycle methods for developing business software solutions using Oracle Forms & Reports.
    • Strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with business problems.
    • Good skills analyzing and writing SQL statements.
    • OCP, OCA or any Oracle Certificate is a plus
    • Demonstrate good communication skills
  3. Senior Oracle Middleware Specialist/Lead
    • Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field
    • Minimum of 5 years Solid experience with SOA/SCA, Web services, ESB, SOA technologies
    • Oracle SOA Suite 12g (or previous versions) demonstrated hands on experience
    • Must have experience with SOA suite based BPEL, JCA Adapters and Rules engine.
    • Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture concepts and principles.
    • Knowledge of Oracle Service Bus 12g (or previous versions) implementation and integration with Oracle SOA Suite 12g (or previous versions)
    • Good understanding and knowledge of the SOA technology landscape and tools needed to support this role
    • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Design and develops SOA BPEL composites using Oracle JDeveloper 12g (or previous versions)
    • Hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle i.e. requirements, design, implementation, integration testing, deployment and post production support
  4. Senior Oracle ADF Specialist
    • Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with object-oriented design, configuration, and software development using the J2EE and Oracle ADF framework
    • Experience with Oracle ADF, including ADF Faces, ADF Business Components, and ADF Task Flows
    • Experience with performance tuning Oracle ADF applications
    • Experience with Oracle ADF and WebLogic 11g or higher, including 12c
    • Knowledge of ADF UI, task flows, ADF integration with Web services, ADF BC4J, security, and templates
    • Knowledge of relational database concepts, including views, indexes, and functions
    • Experience in an Agile methodology
    • Experience with integrating ADF with other components of the Fusion Middleware stack, including BPM, BPEL, OSB, and WebCenter Content
    • Oracle Application Development Framework Certified Implementation Specialist Certification is a plus 
  5. Account Manager-Sales
    • Sc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or any related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience managing and developing client accounts
    • Experience in account management and sales in the IT sector (enterprise software & Hardware solutions) is preferable .
    • Proven track record in delivering a short, medium and long-term business pipeline
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
    • Excellent communications and  interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent Presentation Skills.
    • Excellent Negotiation skills. 
  6. Low Current Engineer
    • Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field
    • Minimum of 2 Years of experience in Low current systems (CCTV, Access door, UPS, Controller systems, etc)
    • Solid experience in the implementation, maintenance, and functionally of the low current systems.
    • Willing to travel and work on project sites
