Product Line Manager Data & AI Solutions

Job Summary

Th PLM is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of Optimiza Data & AI solutions. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, identifying market opportunities, and delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • dot-circle-line Full responsibility for the quantitative and qualitative results and achievements of the Data & AI solutions including profit & loss, market share, team competency and business growth
  • dot-circle-line Prepare, review and execute the annual product plan (including market segmentation, product positioning, pricing and Go-To Market strategy)
  • dot-circle-line Educate and collaborate with the Sales organization on all phases of the product sales cycle, providing the necessary business, functional and technical knowledge and tools in order to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • dot-circle-line Establish subject matter expertise (credibility) and Lead opportunities to help acquire new profitable business.
  • dot-circle-line Provide full collateral development (brochures, white papers, case studies/success stories) and sales tools (presentations, positioning sheets, business case analysis...) for the Data & AI practices in the company.
  • dot-circle-line Observe and monitor market and ensure that offered Optimiza Data & AI solutions are competitive and well positioned.
  • dot-circle-line Ownership and qualification of RFPs related to Data & AI solutions.
    • dot-circle-line Identify opportunities for increasing operational effectiveness.
      • dot-circle-line Develop and own Product Road maps and New Product Introduction process.
        • dot-circle-line Maintain a productive relationship with Data & AI solutions venders and partners
          • dot-circle-line Analyze and evaluate potential partnership for Data & AI solutions.
            • dot-circle-line Technical Savvy and thinks out of the box.

              • Job Qualifications

              • dot-circle-line Bsc in Computer Engineering, Computer science, Software Engineering or any related field.
              • dot-circle-line 12+ Years of solid experience in software, product management or related fields, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Data science & AI solutions fields
              • dot-circle-line Proven track record of launching and managing successful Data & AI products or platforms.
              • dot-circle-line Experience in APIs, data platforms, or AI-driven solutions.
              • dot-circle-line Proficiency in project management methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).
              • dot-circle-line Proven track record in managing line of business and in-depth knowledge of local and regional markets.
              • dot-circle-line Confident and enthusiastic individual with the ability to delivery professional presentation related to data & AI Offerings.
              • dot-circle-line The ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization and external customers in a professional and respectful manner
              • dot-circle-line Excellent Communications skills in both English & Arabic
                • dot-circle-line Effective technical and business writing.
