The Sales Manager is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with Resellers and partners, and ensuring revenue growth in the KSA region.
The Manager should be able to demonstrate Optimiza services and solutions to partners and end customers, negotiate contracts, drive revenue, close deals and provide timely communications to all stakeholders.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the KSA market.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities to drive growth in KSA
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
Plan, develop and execute a channel sales strategy for KSA through identifying, recruiting, enabling and measuring partners to support business goals.
Design, implement and execute business plans for each strategic partner and build effective measures that clearly show revenue milestones are being met/exceeded, in addition to regularly review and measure partners’ progress.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base inside KSA.
Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue objectives.
Take a proactive approach in identifying and engaging with Optimiza partners to develop long term business partnership in KSA
Develop new prospects based on the channel sales strategy.
Create, support, track and measure all sales initiatives.
Communicate regularly with the clients and partners (existing and potential) on new products and solutions.
Maintain the required number of quality outbound calls to prospect contacts.
Generate incremental revenue according to specific targets.
Conduct in-depth product presentations to partners, clients, and potential alliances.
Assist in the development of systems and tools to support the growth of KSA channel business and direct sales.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team in KSA as the business grows.
Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in KSA.
Identify and resolve issues that impede the business relationship between Optimiza, clients and Partners.
Work closely with other internal functions to bring the right momentum into KSA sales process to support the closing of more deals.
Meet clients and partners management to gain objective feedback on areas of operation, and to improve collaboration on company projects.
Understand competitive products and pricing strategies to ensure Optimiza retains and grows market share.
Conduct research and requirements gathering on an ongoing basis to ensure the scope and priority of activities are aligned with market needs and company goals.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or any related field.
A minimum of (8) years of experience in sales and business development.
Have significant strategic sales accounts and territory management experience in KSA.
Strong knowledge of the KSA market, including cultural, legal, and business practices.
Solid work experience in Marketing, Channels and Partner Program development at high-tech enterprise class organizations
Previous experience of excelling in sales and channel management role preferably in the information technology industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
Proven track record of establishing productive and professional relationships with decision makers in salespeople, partner accounts and clients.
Technical intelligence with the ability to engage with both technical team and customers.
