Optimiza and Microsoft introduce the Unified Communications technologies
On January 7, 2009, Optimiza and Microsoft held a specialized seminar at Microsoft Jordan office to introduce Microsoft’s Unified Communications technologies that will allow companies to empower their people and streamline their business processes.
The seminar focused on Microsoft VOIP solution powered by Microsoft office communication server 2007 and Microsoft exchange server 2007 through a presentation that emphasized the importance of these technologies, and how the deployment scenarios can be integrated with existing infrastructure.
The presentation was followed by a live demo that simulated the capabilities of the solution and ran multiple scenarios in order to guide the attendees, who were mostly from the education and government sectors, on how to use this technology and take advantage of its rich features, and hence help manage information technology costs and complexity.
At the end of the seminar, both Microsoft and the attendees expressed their satisfaction with the seminar. Moreover, the attendees agreed that utilizing these technologies will maximize the value of their businesses, address critical business needs and position IT as a more strategic asset.
