The Ministry of Justice and in cooperation with Optimiza and supported by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MoICT) launched a Non-Criminal Record Certificate (NCRC) Project, at the Palace of Justice on Oct 26,2010
This Project is part of the egovernment initiative managed by the Ministry Of Information and Communications Technology (MoICT), aimed at enabling the issuing of NCRCs through the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) courts country wide, and enabling the public to request NCRCs through the internet.
The event was sponsored by the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mr. Marwan Juma, Chairman of the Court of Amman and the CEO of Optimiza, Mr. Majed Sifri
In this context Mr. Marwan Jum’a stressed the role of the egovernment program, which is meant to provide services and technical aptitude as an infrastructure for providing effective electronic services that can be clearly noticed by people. He also encouraged the true partnership between the public and the private sectors. This partnership contributed to this success, where services were delivered in cooperation with Optimiza, and were supported by The Ministry of Telecommunications, Ministry of Justice, and Public Security Directorate.
