Her Excellency Majd Shweikeh is a former Minister in the Government of Jordan, having served as Minister of Tourism & Antiquities, Minister of Public Sector Development and Performance Enhancement, and Minister of Information and Communication Technology, where she led national reforms, digital transformation, and economic resilience strategies. She is the Founding Partner of Masharek Advisory, a boutique consultancy specializing in strategy, transformation, and AI-enabled solutions. She is currently a strategic advisor at Consulting Haus and Advised at the Royal Commission for AlUla in Saudi Arabia for five years. Her Excellency serves on several boards, including Ahli Bank, the Saudi Jordan Investment Fund, and the Amman Baccalaureate School, and has previously chaired audit and governance committees across leading financial institutions. She is a visionary strategist and certified coach, with over 35 years of experience across the public and private sectors in the MENA region, focusing on governance, leadership, and AI-enabled policymaking. Her Excellency is currently pursuing a Doctor of Management at UCAM University in Spain.
